- You can purchase up to 4 tickets per screening (both in online and onsite booking).
- It is ticket holder’s responsibility to keep the ticket safe and undamaged as a ticket will not be re-issued.

- Once your ticket is booked online and issued, you must visit the box office in person to cancel it.
- A partial cancellation is not allowed(If you want to cancel only one out of three purchased tickets, you must cancel all three and then, re-book two).
Theater Information
- The screenings begin on time. You can enter the theater from 10 minutes before the film begins. If you are late more than 10 minutes, you will not be allowed to enter.
- As the seats are assigned on reservation, please take the assigned seat only.
- Your seat will not be guaranteed if you arrive after a screening begins. In such cases, please follow staff member’s guide to an empty seat.
- Please refrain from moving around or re-entering the theater during the screening.
- Age restrictions on films will be strictly enforced. Children aged 7 and under are not allowed into the theaters regardless of their guardians.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the theaters to keep the screening environment pleasant.
- Any unauthorized audio and video recordings of the films are prohibited by law.
